Once you have downloaded and installed Adobe Acrobat Reader, to view the documents, just click on the links below.  Each document will be displayed in your browser window.  If you would like to print the document, locate the printer icon near the top of the page.  To print click on the printer icon.  If you would like to download the documents to your local hard-drive, with your mouse right-click on the document  link and choose the 'save target as' option.  Save the document to a 'temp'  directory or another folder on your computer.  Make sure to note where you have saved the document.  In order to view and print the document, you only need to find the file and double click .  Adobe Acrobat Reader will open and you can view or print the document as needed.
