Effectively Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce in
Corrections, co-written with Paula Rubin in 2004 provides agencies with a 24-hour program to improve the workplace. This resource material, prepared under a Cooperative Agreement with the National Institute of Corrections, includes a 2-hour “transportable” module to use in roll call and other shorter training programs, along with both an instructor’s guide and an activity guide. Ms. McCampbell, along with Dr. Jeanne Stinchcomb, Florida Atlantic University and Elizabeth P. Layman, produced in 2005:

for the National Institute of Corrections. This Guide – developed with the assistance and expertise of leaders in the field of community corrections provides practical solutions to developing the community corrections workplace.
